RMK Makeover

Went for a makeover session @ Isetan Shaw
by RMK on Saturday.
The makeup artist is Fujii san..
Throughout the entire 1 1/2hrs session,
I learnt more abt makeup & skincare than I've ever known ;)
Very clear step-by-step explanation,
and questions to understand my makeup habits,
of coz, the translation was well-done by a very lovely girl,
whom I forgot to get her name..
I chose the nude/ neutral look,
with gold eyeshadow and loads of mascara ;D
The base+foundation was really well done,
enhancing the eyes and cheekbone areas!
I'm so going to practice till I perfect that look!

Haircut at Professional Hair Studio

I had wanted to get a haircut,
mainly to trim the fringe
coz it was all getting in the way..
It was an impromptu decision to step into the salon though,
but so far,
the experience was satisfying.
Adam did a scalp analysis for me,
but was the condition of my scalp
that totally freaked me out!
Clogged follicles, oily scalp, less-than-average hair density!!!
Yucks!!!
Scared the shit out of me!
Looks like REDKEN products ain't suitable for me!
Well, though Adam did recommend some products,
he wasn't pushy at all!
I can't stand those hard-sell methods~
I asked him how long does it take to know whether
a hair product is effective..
He said estimated 2 weeks..
So I told him that I've just started on NIOXIN Scalp Therapy,
& he told me to come back again in 2 weeks' time,
for another scalp scan,
to check the condition & effectiveness..
Sigh...
One problem after another~
Anyway, gotta diligently do some scalp care
& hope for the best in 2 weeks' time!

Just as I was about to turn in for the night,
a thought came to my head...
& I made up my mind
to get on budget planning!
Coz I've been spending quite unnecessarily lately!
